RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Equestrian Sports are inherently dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury or death. A properly fitted air vest may offer protection against some injuries. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser (in the case of minors, their parents, or other responsible adults) to select the appropriate vest. The purchaser and rider release Hit-Air Sports Inc and affilitiates from any and all responsibility or liability for any injury or death related to the purchase and use of any air vest, accessory, or other Hit-Air product or service.

WARRANTY

All of our products come with a 1-year warranty which covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear, and tear, or improper use.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Exchanges or returns are only allowed on unused products within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Item must have absolutely no signs of wear or use, with all tags and papers attached. If an item needs to be exchanged, please contact us prior to return so we can work with you on your specific needs. We want you to be happy!

SHIPPING

Shipping is by FED-EX or USPS Ground Only. Shipping charges include insurance. Due to federal shipping regulations, orders with cartridges can only be shipped ground.
